All Nadal fans have witnessed a crest of wave in past few months in his performance. But Alas! I'm afraid, this won't last too long. Nadal CAN NOT reach the No. 1 ranking till the time Federer continues to play (This can change only when Nadal proves himself on Hard-Court, where he is pathetic)(and believe me that day is quite far away). Sorry for Rafa, but his no.1 ranking is in God's(read Federer's) hands.
There is one thing I have absolutely failed to understand about Tennis. May be, Masters of Tennis on this forum like Dr. Vasudevan V. can throw some light on the issue. It is about the skirts of lady players. Why are the skirts they wear so measured, that another milimetre saving in the cloth would expose their faminity most completely? I mean there are other sports where ladies are participating; like Badminton, where they wear shorts. So, I am constrained to think that the reason must be connected with the game. Why cannot ladied wear something more graceful without restricting their mobilty? Dr. Vasudevan, if I have impinged on your seniority, please pardon me, but please answer this one for me.

and in addition to this watch out for Sharapova this year at wimbledon where she will be wearing shorts.

as per my understanding there is no rule that ladies should wear only those type of dresses. Martina Navratilova was one player who used to wear shorts while playing. Nowadays ladies have nothing to show for except their private parts tyo attract players as they dont have proper skills to show off.
