Ms Sania Mirza is probably the luckiest ever tennis player in that she always gets much more than what she deserves, be it in terms of rankings or seedings, or even plain headlines! And you critics out there, before you start criticizing my words, please check out her records for yourself! She has just ONE home tournament win to her credit after turning a pro more than five years ago! She is already 21, and is one of the most physically unfit players in the women's circuit!
Anyways, as always, let us keep our fingers crossed and hope that she will find a new golden touch this time at the Wimbledon and do all of us proud! *All the best Sania*

She probably realises she can make enough money thru endorsements and hence does not need to play tennis - which is why she is where she is in the first place...

she may be lucky. but still she has already done india proud by reaching 4th round of US open and she has reached 3rd round of other grand slam tournaments twice and she has reached 2nd round 7 times in grand slam tournament. In Atp tournament she has won title in hyderabad and reached final in 2 away atp tournaments. also reached semifinals of 4 other atp tournaments.
She has won few atp titles in doubles and even i n mixed doubles she got an olympic Bronze medal while playing with leander.
