RE:Ana Ivanovic is Hot Babe........................

what iliked abt yesterday's match was clean tennis with no grunts. its irritating to watch the likes of williams sisters and sharapova grunting their way to victory. also, very less unforced errors in yesterday's match though there could have been better innovation shown by both players. anna ivanovic's victory shows that players with normal physique can also win tennis with flair and technique as compared to power tennis which dominated for so many years.

Yes Steffi Graph was All Time Beauty......................
In 2005, Sania Mirza started the season well. She defeated Svetlana Kuznetsova, Vera Zvonareva, Marion Bartoli, Nadia Petrova, Shahar Peer and a few other top players and then simply lost her way. 2006 and 2007 were bad but she showed some glimpses of talent. I think she is talented but is NOT WORKING HARD to sustain it or may be she is.. but is not smart enough and keeps falling prey to injuries and keep repeating mistakes. Ana Ivanovic is a bright new talent and now that she is on WTA Rank 1, I hope she stays there rather than that grunting pig Sharapova

Dont worry she will beat sharapova, Ivonavic, and other great players in upcoming Telugu movies
Anna has great talent and feel for the game. Her forehand, slice backhand, volleys has a passing resemblance to FEDERER.She employs double handed backhand compared to elegant single handed backhand. If she can polish her game a little bit, she can dominate the game just like Roger did for past 4 years. She broke the little jinx this time around after loosing the first two SLAM finals.
this girls are so hard working ... imagine a much much better lloking girl can concentrate so hard on winning a title and average looking sania with un-necessary yankie accent is still haging in 30's.....

You are spot-on...In India some how the media is bent on making movie star out of sportsmen, look at sreesanth, yuvraj singh, robin utthappa and sania mirza. These are all above average but not world class players. So since they cant be number in their field they divert their attention towards becoming celebrity and actors....sports be damned. They easily forget that it is the sport they play which is giving them the life-style they have and not their average looks and swagger. BTW Sania Mirza has more attitude than talent also her physical frame is not athletic ( not meant for demanding game like tennis )

You are 150% correct. They love the sport not the fame or the money. Money and fame follow where there is hard work. I think sania is lost. May be we are unnecessary hoping BIG from SANIA. She is not the one forget her. Lets not mention her name again.

u r right.. sania mirza is an over-hyped player. despite all the hype surrounding her, it does not look like she is going to be a top-ten player anytime.

It's an incredible task to be one of the best in the world in any sports. Everyone of them is vying for the top spot.
So to say, Sania does not have the desire to be a topper is idiotic. With the limited resources she had in India and the level of support (technical as well as moral) is insanely... and still she is ranked among the top.
All she needs to do now is be consistent. And she will get there one of these days.

what u mean by limited resources? are you sure a small contry like Serbia is better than India or you trying to say that they acquire by better coaching? if the later is your thought then who stopped Sania from getting coaches from abroad or get coached in abroad.A lady like Sania, is not going to achieve more than what she achieved in future. She has become Idol of Indians at a very early stage and thats hampering her achievements. sania maniaks, Let her do what she want to do, and ever and never bring cast while performing like her dress she wear while playing. For most, she lost her concentration because of extra activities such as advertisement's symbol.

She is the number 1 Indian tennis player and top 30 is not a small achievement. Stop being jealous of anyone else's success of popularity!

I doubt it. Look at Sharapova and Ivanovic, they were 17 and 20 respectively when they won their grand slam title. Sania needs a full time professional coach. She also have to work very hard on her game as well as fitness. But what she really lacks is the mental steel to stay in important points. A lot of work lies ahead of Sania. I hope she is willing to sacrifice.
