Indians are so foolish that eve if this guy, Sandeep Kumar, wins a gold for Australia... Indian people and Indian media will celebrate because he is hindu and has an Indian name.

So foolish !! I wonder when peope will realise that not all hindus are indians.

What is your problem?
Why you want to stoke this religious line?

Problem lies within this man.
He must do some introspection.
I would request him to remove the glasses of religion from his eyes and see the world on the merit. People see the world from my eyes of their heart, and when your heart is infested with bigotted ideologies, then I can't say much. Yes, before you try to reform others just reform yourself.

wat Bird is trying to say is that Indian media would project this as an Indian winning a medal not an Aussie... similarly in the case of Somdev (NCAA champ) or Vijay Singh (golfer) or that stupid @$$ Meghnath Desai or Night Shyamalan or even Salmaan Rushdie these guys have nothing to do about India only Indian thing they have is their name, which they are stuck with. im sure all these guys have nicks for themsleves in their respective countries... so lets jus let sandeep do his wrestling and wish him luck not as an Indian or aussie but as an individual who is trying to realize his dream!

Being a Part of the Olympics itself is a great achievement for SANDEEP KUMAR.

Also getting selected from AUSTRALIA is another great achievement as they are having loads of talent not majorly in wrestling but are one of top contenders for the Olympics.

Many others would be looking for other doors if our so called IOA who think know about SPORTS & ARE DOING SOME THING FOR OUR COUNTRY.

Well till these People are not sacked as so far we have not achieved much coz of these People who dont allow TALENT BUT ALWAYS LOOK FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN GIVE THEM SOMETHING UNDER THE TABLE, SO THORW THEM OUT & GET PEOPLE WHO KNOW ATLEAST BASICS OF SPORTS.

GOOD LUCK TO SANDEEP

i fully agree. Our country is only looking for cricket.

We have lot of games like huckey, soccer, badminton, racing, tennis etc etc but our govt.will not sanction and will not provide the facilities to these players.

India is only country nearly 90% of people to watch cricket. But cricket is not including gold medal game in Olympics. All the STATE governments and CENTRAL government only proud cricket and players. In asia india is the 2nd largest economy behind china not only economy population, science, technology, human resource and etc we are within best 10 places in the world. But OLYMPICS BIG ZERO, you see in last olympic china claim 3rd in the medals tally but INDIA??????????????????????????????

AWAKE IOC
