What you are expecting from Goa Govt. (Congress) floodlights to put on Nehru Staduim, Margao. It cannot be done for simple reasons, no fund. You can ask them only, were the foundation stones to be put up for them money is there only to put foundation stone and not to start work on that till the next election comes. Goa Govt. is not bothered about Sports but they are bothered on saving the Party.

Nehru stadium is not under the govt. but under SAG, so it is SAG's responsiblity not the govt.
