Bobby the ultimate champion at 13
by AdityaVarna on Jan 18, 2008 06:27 PM  | Hide replies

Who can forget the epic match when Bobby Fisher more than proved a match for a Grandmaster at a tender age of 13, sacrificed his queen and forced his highly rated opponent's king to move square by square through a series of calls of Check to the other corner when he forced a checkmate. The Game of the Century(20th century) will probably never be repeated!
Salaam Bobby the greatest without a doubt!

At match at 13 was for the Grandmaster title and in 1972 it was the World Championship match with Spassky.

No, the most keenly fought matches were against Spassky. It was Bobby who attracted youngsters to this game.
