OH my god give any topic to any indian and you will find criss cross things written over. Oh god even you are not let out without criticism. These indians will not spare you ..,, though full of short comings and low confidence these indians will pull any one inlcuding the creator, generator, organiser and destroyer(GOD) of of this universe. I am indian too but unlike them , PLease bless me all , my sincere prayers almighty please accept.

Cricket can't be played for Tri-colour you know a**h*le ,you can't get an olympic medal for playing cricket.

Don't compare gilly with paes.I know you will now start comparing tendulkar with bradman bcos you don't know any other sports except cricket where players plays for BCCI not for our country.

In this country called INDIA, SELFLESS people who give anything for the country are made to shame.....why because they dont stand up and take credit for thier work?......

But Selfish people are celebrated like GODS....be it freedom fighters or sportsmen..the selfless people have NO VALUE in this country....

All this is because our mind is weak and we are unable to understand it.

Leander U R great..
by manoharan palani on Feb 07, 2008 06:18 AM  | Hide replies

Whatever we say, whether good or bad, there is no denial of the fact that LEANDER is the greatest tennis player till date who had played for our country, He is really a person whom the coming generation should think as role model. The contribution made by Paes to indian tennis is by far the most concrete proof of this. I have seen some of the great matches played by Paes and i must confess, that he will die for a win if he is playing for the country.

Selfless Decision
by Angada B Sachid on Feb 07, 2008 02:02 AM  | Hide replies

How is it a selfless decision if Mr Peas is not in top form or fit and he as a captain picks someone else for the job, when picking the best possible team is his job?
The decision that is "selfless" or "selfish" is not a correct decision.

Mahesh is always better than paes in terms his skill, hardwork and downtoearth.

I have closely watched in Bangalore.

It is silly that paes or Rediff posting such comments.

Tanmay please dont u ever make the mistake of comparing Lee-hesh to the all time greats woodies..!! Just to shut your mouth Lee-Hesh were not at best competitive with the legends (woodies),the woodies never lost to the indian pair..this despite the woodies almost at the fag end of their carrer..! The indian Pair put their ego's before the country and u call thsi india bad luck dude India is like this because of fools like these only..!!

Mr. cool, you seem to be a bit of an Indophobe. While I agree that the Woodies achieved so much, it is not so far-fetched when one speculates what would have happened if Hesh-Paes had stuck around.
FYI, They beat the woodies for the 98 shanghai open title. They won 3 grand slams between 99 and 2001. Guess what, woodies played in all of them. So shut up if you don't know what you are talking about
