I think it's high time that we cut costs on races that involve fuel-burning,.. atleast for a while. As it is, people all over the world are reeling under hunger, poverty, famine, drought etc... not to mention the "metro-centric" issues like global recession, sub-prime mortgage chaos etc...
F1 would do well to suspend the competition for atleast a coupla years... not that that would rejuvenate the oil wells.. atleast the consumpion would come down so as the unnecessary propaganda.
