tell me when you were doing your practices do u feel any disturbances from the world and people around u?how do u actually react in situations when u were depressed?how much relationships u had with u'r friends and other collegues around u?since u'r a talented person from childhood so how do u react with people who want to just make friendship to u since they want to get something from u?
someone below said it right. He should have said it in a cricket article. We Indians are so obsessed with cricket that we ignore other sports.
Look at this guy, how he gives the insight of a sportman and the discomforts one has to go through. I wish if someone sponsors him to be an administrator of Indian sports (not cricket) in the future. I am sure he will enable to win another couple of golds atleast.
But as much as he is sceptical about indian sports, so am I only because of the way its run by the jackasses we have.
Had this some cricketer interview...I see like atleast 1000 messages...and this is an interview from a first ever individual goldmedalist for India and I see only 2 messages..what a pity? Why would media publish such articles which nobody is interested in..its us-the public who has to show the interest and unfortunately we dont. Coming to this article Abhinav seems to be a composed, to himself, humble guy. As sadeesh said, I dont see absolutely no headweight nothing in him...stupid sadeesh
U won gold medal,appreciated,but dont think u are god or super hero,I have not seen u talking anything about country or developments of athelets,u focus only on ur self,plus ur facial expression show u are off too much headwt..take examples of the past..u will be washed way in the wind..Ur father gifting 5 star hotel and all nonsense from ur side.. mind ur thinking..if u have so much..think of Micheal phelps who won 8 gold medals..he seems more calm,relaxed & down to earth than u..SIMPLICITY,HUMBLENESS,CALMNESS IS VERY IMPORTANT...LEARN FROM OTHERS...OTHERWISE U WILL EXPERIENCE & LEARN BY URSELF

i guess u r mad.....u havent done anything for ur country n when someone is doin it u r blaming him.....hey guys dont hate him.....he need attension.... so plz guys have some pity on him.....hey sadeesh u r not only a comman man but a cunny also....what bindra achieved is something i desired for all our lifes and if u think he is not acting wisely why dont u go to olympics n get atleast a bronze for us.....then we will say u r right.....otherwise shut u mouth n keep ur dirty mind away frm these achievers who make our nation proud not even getting the full support. i hope u r now planning to go to olympics lemme know whenever u think u r prepared for this

Read the above interview...he DOES TALK ABT ATHLETES.Bindra did not do any drama and he was very calm,humble and relaxed.He won a GOLD MEDAL...India's only Gold medal in the olympics.He could have done a lot of drama...he didnt. It shows his simplicity.So Shut up Mr. J.

The comments put down is very bad.. Dear sadesh, tell me what the country gave him? Did any one encouraged him while practicing? There are people who came to talk about him only after he won Gold. I really appreciate him for the achievement. Once again dear Sadesh, try to find out the positive facts on him.

It was a typical Indian comment filled with 'negativism.' In a globalised environment, we should cast away such attitudes. So many opportunities are there for all to excel in various fields, so why grudge/ envy others?

morons like you put me off, even to write some comments here. Apart from PT USha's interviews, this is the only sportsman in India who talked about the insight of a sportsman apart from the glamour.
You .....(my mouth is full of curse for u)..are probably used to seeing the jumping and dancing of cricketers in India so much that you cant accept one's humility..
