Rediff...please! Importance to Indian sports

I just dont understand why rediff bother to cover english league, which is mainly watched in England. Who cares if Manchester wins or loses..maybe only the manchester people. THis is the main reason for decline of other sports. Our cricketers have done a great comeback against Lanka, so all attntion shud be on the 4th ODI, instead of useless football. Also Our olympians are back after wining multiple medals. and others like sania, saina etc fought hard. Please encourage our cricketers and olympians, and leave the football to england people.

i love cricket, things its the best game ever but i like following football too and EPL shows the best talent in the world.... the best football is plaayed in england, spain, germany and italy... and hence it gets coverage.... dont get nationalistic about sports.... ur patriotism and nationalism shouldnt be so cheap that it extends to tokenism that too in some sports...

Sport remains sport, and its not for you to decide what is good what is bad. There are are people like me who love watching football. And for your kind information Manchester United does not have players from Manchester, they come from all round the world. You like cricket, so go and read cricket new, no one forced you to read this article!!! And its not about any particular league. Its about good sport!!
