This has been our best performance ever. We should consider hosting 2020 olympics. We have a trillion $ economy now that is growing at 10%. This menas our economy will be $4 trillion in 12 years. Our per capita income will be about $4000. We definitely can afford the olympics. Moreover we are a democratic country. India will shine in 2020 as the host.

The IOC now can clearly have a game-plan from olympics to olympics. However whether they'll do that is questionable! Kalmadi is worthless. We need an accountable professional in that place reporting to a Board of Directors appointed by the Government, Military and Various sports bodies. The board should only be able to evaluate the professional, they cannot dictate policies and operations! Just run it like a true corporation!
