by Guest on Aug 22, 2008 07:32 PM

I feel ashamed to see that these days our fellow readers write all sort of filthy comments than constructive ones. Why on earth do you comment if you cant do it right?

Arent the big guns not taking drugs?
by navalore gopakumar on Aug 22, 2008 07:27 PM

Why only countries like Ukraine, Romania n a few african countries are found to take drugs. Does it mean USA, UK, Australia n France do not take drugs...or do they have camflouging drugs that make these drugs undetected during drug testS. Last heard...the extraordinary harmone producing tests are also fooled using a new kinda drug...made in the USA.

Dog eaters should also be banned.
by rakesh raina on Aug 22, 2008 05:21 PM  | Hide replies

Tests should also be conducted if somebody has eaten a dog to improve performance. Dog eaters in general should be banned from any sports or any asspciation for that matter.

Haven't seen any document that says eating dogs will help improve performance temporarily.

They do it in some sports, like WWE. And those end up being 'Entertainment' events instead of sporting events.

Some discussion is going on in this regard. See, even the sport's world agrees that dopes are ahead of the tests to identify them. So why not legalize them. After all where is the guarantee that the winners have won the games solely based on human spirit and not with some performance enhancement drug which can not be detected easily yet.

But then if we legalize drugs, then there won't be any limit to it. The human physical endeavor will turn into an event of chemical wizardry. The better the chemical formula the better the performer.

So, for the sake of sporting spirit, let's not even think of legalizing drugs. Let the ultimate test of human endeavor remain sacred.

by Calspadeaspade on Aug 22, 2008 05:04 PM

In the equastrian events horses were found to contain capcicine in their fore legs to make them put their chin up while jumping and their blood contained steroids.
