That sentence is grammatically incorrect in so many levels. As kids, we were asked to read newspapers to learn English. Guess today's kids can't rely on today's journalists to do them that favour.

No parent will ask today's kids to read newspaper. They contain vulgar, biased, half-cooked stories passed off as news and lots of semi-naked pics.
Usain after finding his competators far behind looked relax near the finish line and crossed with easy. If he had put more efforts till crossing the finish line he could have set even a better record, say 9.63 or 9.64.
He is very young and may break his own records once again.
