....and ALL 3, WHAT a FIGHT!! They sure deserve the greatest praise, God bless them!!
I dont understand why only indian boxers and indian tennis players get a tough draw before they could get a medal. It seems to be a conspiracy. WHY Sania Mirza was supposed to meet Venus Williams in 2nd round even though she quit in 1st round and now only Indian boxers are running into World champs as early as quarter finals. IT SEEMS THE ORGANISERS DONT WANT Indians to win medals. Its another thing that indians are doing well at times to win against champions

if you know how to play and determination to win, nothing is tough draw! We indians are weak minded in sports thats why e'thing is tough!

@ Raghu, It's such attitude that spoils Indian sportspersons' success. If you keep on thinking why the world is against me, you'll keep on losing. To hell with such 'conspiracy theory', it's Olympics man - you can't expect too many weak opponents (like Zimbabawe, Kenya & Bangladesh as you get in cricket).

tough draw means Indins are not ranked in earlier competitions and their internationl rankings is lower. Sania lost her rank and out of 50 recently and so she has to meet williams in the second round.

Boxing, particularly the Olympic style is well suited for nimble footed Indians...who can be very fast and dance around. More Indian boxers on the way.
