We should ask International olympic association to start a competition on Staging Protests. I am confident that India will get gold medal in individual and Team event.
Sport is the menifestation of a country's prominence. You will see how many medals this asian country captures. I lament India even in next 100 years will not be able to get so many medals in total forget from one meet. Mark my word.
Spectacular show. Well done China. China has done the nation, Olyimpics and world proud. I think Chinese should walk with their head held high and everyone else should congratulate and participate in their celebration.
It is pity to see how horribly our athelates were dressed. It seemed like go-as-you like. Is sherwani our national dress. Who decides it? India needs to learn lot of things from China. Simple comparison on paper is not enough.

Well, dress reflects attitude, they say. INDIANS TREAT SPORT EVENTS AS GALA MARRIAGE CEREMONIES - WHICH MEANS JUST A SHOW - OFF & WASTAGE, NOTHING ELSE.

Chinese considering a number as auspicious???..Arent they communists and supposed to be rationale? The indian communists dogs bark at everything that our great ancestors have provided us only to ape the chinese..now what will they say when they find out that chinese are superstitious?? ha ha ha ...lick their ass....
Be proud to be a bharatiya...the world was at our feet trying to learn the great truths and mysteries about life and universe..they still do at our sages feet...first learn and be proud of our nation's ancestry like the chinese are...dont hear our history from communists or jehadis or evangelicals...their mission is only to convert and be slaves to vatican or texas or mecca or beijing!!! Let your heart and mind revel in the Vedas no matter what religion you follow!!! Then the world will be a better place...

Well said Mike. I am a Christian and fully support what you said. We can follow any religion, but our only allegiance is to India and our traditions and lets be proud of it..Lets be proud of our vedas, our teachings, the wisdom of thousands of years...

Dear Mike, plz be clear cut; what are you trying to convey? Do you mean to say India is 8 times advanced than China & can conduct the Olympics 8 times better than them; armed with weapons like the IOC & (fooski) Double - Barrels like Suresh Kalmadi & Sharad Pawar? I am truly overwhelmed.........
