Country First...Not Region
by atul dhage on Aug 06, 2008 03:14 PM

It seems that there are now also some stupid people promoting regionalism in sports inspite of knowing that the player represents India and not any specific state of India..When will this hypocrates will come to know and will learn all this. Let this thing happen with their own kids then they will taste the bitter fruits of frustration and helplessness.....Sudhar Jao Abhi Bhi Waqt Hai.

Indian sports association are filled with cruelest creatures
by anirban bandyopadhyay on Aug 06, 2008 03:14 PM

I believe monica, because this is not new.

Similar cases are happening throughout the year, giving bad drugs so that the other can not perform well, delaying bus, all kind of dirty tricks they play for their favorites to win.

This is India, always have political leaders by your side.

Monika - We are with you

Monika Devi is being implicated wrongly. People from North-East are always victimized. A thorough probe of the incident should be done and who ever is guilty should be punished. I whole-heartedly support Monika Devi in her fight for justice.

Who will Deliver us from our corrupted system?
by Sam K. John on Aug 06, 2008 03:10 PM

During the last two weeks we battled with the Islamist terrorists. Hopefully, our governments now would tighten the security and keep our people safe from their hands. But who will deliver Innocent Indians from corrupted Indians? Oh God, when will my country come out of regionalism, corruption and crime?

by Old Monk on Aug 06, 2008 03:05 PM

With due respects to her sentiments, yes it is possible she may be innocent as claimed, but what is there to shoot from mouth, this Govt shies to execute convicted terrorists.

Why sending ppl to Olympics
by Aurobindo Ghose on Aug 06, 2008 03:05 PM

As everyone knows that participants of Olympics will be the world best, can we compete them? If not then why we are sending people to this kind of event and wasting money.
