It seems that there are now also some stupid people promoting regionalism in sports inspite of knowing that the player represents India and not any specific state of India..When will this hypocrates will come to know and will learn all this. Let this thing happen with their own kids then they will taste the bitter fruits of frustration and helplessness.....Sudhar Jao Abhi Bhi Waqt Hai.
Similar cases are happening throughout the year, giving bad drugs so that the other can not perform well, delaying bus, all kind of dirty tricks they play for their favorites to win.
This is India, always have political leaders by your side.
Monika Devi is being implicated wrongly. People from North-East are always victimized. A thorough probe of the incident should be done and who ever is guilty should be punished. I whole-heartedly support Monika Devi in her fight for justice.
During the last two weeks we battled with the Islamist terrorists. Hopefully, our governments now would tighten the security and keep our people safe from their hands. But who will deliver Innocent Indians from corrupted Indians? Oh God, when will my country come out of regionalism, corruption and crime?
I think government should take some strict action on this issue. I appeal to Indian Government that don't send any one to Beijing olympics.. Prime minister ji please do at least one good work in your 5 yrs terms. Save us from shameful performance of Indian Beijing olympics team. thanks

I am also agree with. only send him, if they agree that they will return back with minimum same No. of Medels as No. of persons going to Beijing Olympics.
With due respects to her sentiments, yes it is possible she may be innocent as claimed, but what is there to shoot from mouth, this Govt shies to execute convicted terrorists.
As everyone knows that participants of Olympics will be the world best, can we compete them? If not then why we are sending people to this kind of event and wasting money.
Monica didi I think U mast from N East state, Other then North east pepole They ,Think Us as Second class citizen in India. And Our Political leader not response as CPM Response in favour of Ganguly after his name delate from Indian cricket team.

There will be an enquiry. Monika will come clean but by the time olympics would be over and shailaja would have come back after loosing all the fights. Shame on Us! We know how to destroy sportsmen and women.
