I respect him more than any other sportsperson/idiot playing for decades in the national team but couldn't win anything for the country except for personal milestones and a few billions and funnily praised at times as the greatest sportsperson of India... For me Anand is the real greatest ever in the field of sports for India simply because he has put our flag higher than others so many times.............I salute Anand!!!!!
Anand is indeed a truly deserving but quite an unsung hero.we indians have given unnecessary importance to that dhoni,sreeshanth and sania who get a far greater media coverage
one of india's finest sportspersons in the last 100 years , surely a true GREAT.....S I BELEIVE THE WORD 'GREAT' shud be used very thot fully n correctly......He really has been very consistent n that too every year thru out his career ........the hallmark of a Top Sportsman or for that matter any Top Personality.........in his on the feild n off the feild performances.......LET US BE PROUD OF HIM N SALUTE HIM...........

No doubt we should be proud of Vishy. The unfortunate thing in India is too much of intrest is shown to cricket at the cost of other sports.
