Friends, It is us to blame on the downfall of Hockey. We give lot of importance to Cricket and even keep a track of players who are playing at State Level. We can name 100 players in Cricket, but does any body know even 11 names of hockey players. Hence if we do not promote hockey the situation will become even more worse.

Hi , Cricket was only promoted more because people in india (gujus) could make money by betting. people in india are emotional and would bet on india at any cost. the bookies taking advantage of this would make millions . Only the Indians in all over the world are crazy behind cricket. i think it is just a money making sports and nothing else. hockey is our national game. and we are least worried about it . i feel we should take the cricket team to the olympic , but there is no cricket in the olympic, ohhhh. if media shows atleast 10% of the hockey games then automatically there will be more fans, but whenever ones switch on the t.v there is only cricket and hockey news we have to check through the sites. it is really sad that we are doing nothing for hockey.
Now who is the contact person after Jyotikumaran as i want to play in the Indian Hockey team. I am ready to pay upto 3 lakhs for my entry can anyone give me KPS Gills number or contact id. I cant play worse then these people at least ill have a good job in any oil company or airlines. Contributions for the purposes are solicited from all News TV networks for my sake.
