Slave's games are better of in betting arena and "common"wealth platforms. FYI only former slaves of British Empire play this game. Presumably your idea comes from the so called success in Cricket - but note that then following the logic even kabaddi shoudl be a national game as only India and Bangladesh play it and India is world no. 1 (ha ha ha ha ) Got the point? Success in cricket is no success at all. That is likesaying US is "world champion" in baseball. National game should be such which can make our country stand apart worldwide and a world wide game and I believe chess, bridge or hockey has that potential not some remanant of slavish game
