Hahahha..... Most of the provocative messages are posted by the rediff staff members!!! This keeps the message flowing...
The statement is misleading because fisichella was testing on 'slick" tyres which are definitely going to be faster than "grooved" tyries on which massa and hamilton were on.
Fisichella was testing to prepare for 2009 when "slick" tyres will be mandatory. This year everyone is on "grooved" tyres.
Therefore the statement "fisichella was faster than massa and hamilton" is not accurate because you are not comparing apples to apples. On grooved tyres force 1 is still way behind.
Neverthess, fisichella is doing a good job overall this year with force india.

Well said. Ignore the fello Andrew achayan, who said "what's your problem". He is a stupid edyot imbecile, who knows nothing about F1.

Sutil will start testing on the last 2 days !! there is 2 days of testing left still !! as per rules this year only one car can be involved in the testing

As an avid watcher of F1 for many years I strongly feel that he will make start making points even if he does not make it to the podium.

Hi,
We all hope so too. But the fact of the matter is that Force India is nowhere near to being quick, as they seem to consistently fail to make it to Q3 in all GPs, and Fisichella managed Q2 just once so far. In race terms, the Force India car is off the pace of the mid-field runners, not to talk of the pace of the Ferraris, Macs and BMWs.
The current result, though it has received widespread publicity, hardly means anything as the cars were running totally different specs and tyres. The real test will be if FI can make it into Q2 and Q3 regularly.

Actually in one of the races, Fisichella started 16th. And I think that only 1-16 make it into Q2. Unless, it was a case of being promoted to 16th due to someone else being dumped out or penalized.

My friend Force India need to get regularly into Q2 & Q1. They are already languishing there in Q3.

Thanks to Vijay Mallaya, people with no prior exposure to F1 are commenting without knowing abc about the sport. Dear Ash, have u ever watched a Qualifying session of F1? there are three sessions and teams try to reach the third qualifying session(Q3) which classifies places 1-10.
PLEASE learn a little about the sport before posting idiotic comments
