Though I never liked him... I am quite impressed by this guy's tactics (especially the substitutions) and 'dont mess with me' attitude. Chelsea have reached this level only because of him. Though it would be interesting to see how Grant or the next coach does, I feel that first 2 spots are out of their reach now...

Constant interference by Roman Abramovich frustrated Jose (as it would any coach) leading to his exit. If any coach doesn't enjoy complete autonomy to execute his vision this will be the expected result.
Jose is the best thing happened to chelsea and without him Chelsea is definitely going to struggle a lot. His acheivements in Chelsea speak for himself. Roman Abro is an interfering boss and Jose is someone who wants to be in charge and it started the clash. It is not going to be too late before Jose finds himself in the next job be it with spurs or with portugal... Wherever he is, Chelsea will miss him and Chelsea will lose its charm without him.. Hats of to this most Charismatic manager I have ever seen... Good luck for the future Jose!!!!!!

Spurs and Chelsea have a very relationship in EPL. If he becomes Spurs boss, we are going to see some wonderful football between these two good clubs...
