Its really sad & shock to hear that Mr.Mourinho will be out of chelsea colour.
As a chelsea fan one should not forget the pain & dedication which Mr.Mourinho had taken to bring chelsea as a team to win tropies in his short tenure at chelsea.
Hats to Mr.Mourinho and wishing him good luck for his future assignments.

Hey Guys....
Chelsea made a presence on the world map only because of the "special one"....With Jose no longer a Blue, I also bid adieu being a chelsea fan.....The man was not shown the respect he deserved.
Bad decision by Rom. Chelsea do not play attractive football for the fans, but it is a deliciously tactical side. Mourinho is from Sacchi football style. There are 2 different ways in European offensive football: The Cruyff's way & the Sacchi's way.
Cruyff gives no importance to defense. For him, the most important is to score. It's really important for the players to be moving, and the ball speed movement to be fast. Ars%uFFFD Wenger is one of the only coaches in the world to follow his method. What's bad in that? You have a team that plays fast and always attacks with a lot of movements of the players, but you are not sure to win all games. You can win by 5 goals, but also loose by 5. Not a lot of coaches followed Cruyff's way. Van Gaal started, but then changed.
The Sacchi method is the most used by prestigious managers: Rijkaard, Benitez, Ancelotti, Lippi, Capello & Mourinho. These last two modified the Sachi method and adapted it. Mourinho wants to make his own style with the goal to be remembered as the reference, giving no importance to titles. Capello is the perfect pupil of Sacchi as he learned at his side. But Sacchi used his method for offensive football, while Capello used it for defensive football.
Fans do not know about all this and only say: "Boah, Moaninho doesn't know about football, he wins only because of cash spent by Abramovich, he plays rubbish football".
Mourinho is a winner and a genius. You can spend as much cash as you want, but you c

Personally I am a Man U fan. I would rather have Man U play the way they did last season in an open attacking formation and lose matches than the tight defensive play adopted by Chelsea even at the cost of premiership titles or CL wins. Dude look what the boring style adopted by Mourhino has done to the fans of the club. 24K spectators for the match against Rosenburg. Can you believe it? For a CL match that is criminal. Even the youth cup between Arsenal and Man U got more than 30K spectators. Fabio Capello got sacked by Real inspite of winning the league after 3~4 yrs because of the boring style he adopted. Football is 'The beautiful Game' meant to entertain and not win at all costs HAving said that, Mourinho is a great coach, only a ptiy he had to choose the style he did

I Agree with you Mahesh, Chelsea have made their biggest decision by letting go the Special One.....For all the comments Man U fans make.....in reality they were shit scared of his tactics.

Rohit..
it was mourinho who won EPL for chelsa after 55 years!!! he might be a bit defencive. but you can see the number of goal scored but chelsea under him (not this year offcourse). Against rosenbarg if you have watched the match then you should not blame mourinho. what he can do if the 2nd grade stikers loose 20 chances. coach can build strategy to get those chances. one great coach can not win matches without if not excellent but atleast good playes. as he told omlet can not be cooked with out eggs. and for chelsea's bad luck Drogba and Lampard was out.
Now you can watch and see what is Chelsea without Mourinho
