McLaren boss reveals Alonso rift
by S Kiran on Sep 20, 2007 11:52 AM

Ron Dennis is playing a victim. He is the chief architect of the spy saga, by not disclosinng the rot in time.

Reading the British press, peoplle can guess the nonsense that Alonso is going through. British people are no different from their press.

Extremely Interesting...

The arguments seem extremely interesting...just because Lewis Hamilton is on the verge of being the first rookie world champion does not mean that he should not be stripped of his points. After all he was driving the car which was built with the help of the leaked information...I wander what'll happen if tomorrow it is revealed that all of Roger Federer's 12 grand slam wins had been fixed...will the ATP hesitate to strip him of all his victories just because he is on the verge of breaking Sampras's record????

u missed the point in the last line. Hamilton was not let go just because he was a rookie. Both Hamilton and Alonso were let off because they had struck a deal to be let off in exchange of evidence.

It is ridiculous that both the McLaren drivers are still competing. They are driving a car which is a combination of McLaren and Ferrari. Who knows, they might have stolen something from spyker team also.

For the sake of protecting F1, FIA is letting the thief to go. For whatever has happened, McLaren deserved to be kicked out of the sport forever or atleast five years. How can you erase their Ferrari knowledge off their brain?

Anyway, FIA has to scrutinize McLaren by seizing their cars after every race and thoroughly checking them.

I just wish McLaren to do some dirty trick against Alonso in favour of Hamilton, get caught and get kicked out of Driver's championship also.

Pradeep seems to be knowing everything in McLaren??!! I can't believe that a person (read pradeep) can be so blind, deaf and dumb idiot!!!.

Dude, McLaren was caught red handed. And McLaren has not just started building their car (as you said one month). It is just making some adjustments and modifications using Ferrari data. Are you following atleast the spy saga. I doubt that. What is more crucial is car setup and weight distribution. McLaren has no knowledge about Bridgestone tyres.

Do you know that Renault were the champs during the last two seasons. What happens to them this season. As Briatore himself accepted that their poor Bridgestone knowledge has affected them immensely.

Is this enough for you pradeep?

Mclaren Deserved to be kicked out of the next season as well i doubt that how did they manage to escape from that......

Mclaren have spoiled the image of the sport by doing such a scandal & On top of their Ron Dennis is just pretending that he & his team are clean and have done Nothing...

Both the Drivers Should also have Been Kicked out coz thay are using a car which is running good because of the Leaked Data.

It also remain the fact that mclaren didnt win a race last season than how is such a smooth transition possible without having any leaked information ?

Renault having won the past two world championship faced some many problems because of the tyre change which resulted in a high performance drop.Flavio Briotri in an interview adimitted that it not possible for teams to start performing on the new bridgestone tyres from Day One who previously used the michilens tyres......... ?

Hey you guys. Yes admitted that the Bridgestone tyres were a factor. however saying McLaren had no experience with bridgestone is entirely wrong as Bridgestone first entered formula one with McLaren way back.
Secondly why did the Bosses of Formula1 decide to go go with Bridgestone when only Ferrari had best knowledge of the tyres as they were only one of the 3 teams out of ten who used it in the previous years is anyones guess.

hey jagan.. why dont u keep ur filthy trap shut. u dont know naything abt f1 and u talk abt mclaren. all the teams use others info for racing. it is racing for godsake and not some gilli danda.. if u want to win u will need to keep a tab on all other teams. some get unfortunately caught while other theves(ferrari) roam with their head held high as if they have done nothing wrong. did u forget the biggest cheater came from ferrari.. (scheumaker)??
