Mclaren deserve penalty
by citizen on Sep 12, 2007 09:52 PM  | Hide replies

Mclaren are doing well this year becos
1)they have improved their cars based on the documents they got from Ferrari engineer
2)That boasted their confidence and made them hire Alonso and Hamilton
Alonso might have had prior information about the documents and so decided to join the team .Or else why should a world champion sign a contract with a team whose performance was so miserable last year .
FIA has always been anti Ferrari and was quick to change rules to make like difficult for Ferrari team and for Micheal Schumacher in particular ....so saying that they are antiMclaren isnt true ...

get ur facts rite mate citizen!...i been following F1 Since 2001 and since then there were many instances shown on TV and reports that say that F1 body and Ferrari r close. and people here r just making statements....

remember that all the drivers that r in an F1 car are equally good. some people like Kimi, Hamilton & Alonso are natural talents. u put them in a spiker or in a super aguri they will come gud atlest 0.5 sec than the current drivers in their teams.

Also we really cannot say if the info from Ferrari was used in Mclaren cars. there r many people moving in and out of these F1 teams and information is bound to get leaked. and comming to ur 2nd point Alonso had a contract signed with Mclaren way back in 2005 that says that he will drive with them in 2007. infact in 2006 when he was still driving for Renault he actually thought of staying back with them becasue in 2006 Mclaren failed to win a single race.

so pls get ur facts rite before u post the info on websites.

Dear frend Addiya .. Evn i have been following F1 for around 10 yrs .
Can u please remind me of some incidents ( FACT) .. where FIA has favoured Ferraries .

we have several examples where new ruls were made to benifit CARS other then RED.

MSC was also penalised .. in fact he is the driver with probably most number of penalities in F1 .

So lets not get into who favoures whom ..
The issue is that if McLarens are benifited by the stolen information .. and they shud be penalised ....
Mclarens really deserve a Penalty

well its a great championship race but then ..if mclaren has befitted from having Ferrari documents then ..its not fair on kimi and massa even though hamilton may be a great driver but hes good because hes got a competitive car..put him a spyker can he win no.. so if mclaren is stripped of all the points so should their drivers be ruled out of the championship

I have been followin g F1 for around 10 yrs ( eversince i was in school ) and i have seen FIA changin rule in favour of Mclaren and other ..

There was a time when ferraries were invincible and FIA changed rules against tem saying that they wanted the sport to be more competative ..

Ferrai and MSC were also penalised several times for several reasons .. How can some one say that

"The FIA have historically been very close to Ferrari and closer to them than anyone else,"

This statement shows how much everybody is still scared of Ferrai's potential ..

No matter wat verdict FIA gives .. but this has proved that Ferrari are the real champs .. At least they have a culture within the team .. we have never seen MSC , IRVINE , RUBINS, MASSA , RAIKINNON fighting the way mclaren drivers ..

mclarens dont deserve victory at all. the team boss must have cried knowing what would be the result on thursday, probably the last race won by maclaren if they were to be kicke dout of the championships.

FIA was always accused for being close to ferrari. this is bull shit. ater 2004 season so many rules were changed to benefit other racers & teams.
