it comes off as highly expected.. federer had got miffed and humiliated when canas defeated him back to back just after his Australian Open title.. needless to mention that he just would/could not wait to get his hands on canas n show him once and for all who the emperor is..

Yes, exactly. Once in a while, Federer has an OFF day in the office but that doesnt mean that Federer is going down. Problem with other players who beat him is, once they beat Federer, they start to think that they are MUCH GREATER THAN FEDERER and threw the words without thinking. Recent example is, Djokovic, when he defeated Federer in Montreal, he opened commented "You cant win everything Federer" without realizing that he would eat his words within a month. At that time, Federer just smiled and kept silent but acknowledged the victory of Djokovic by saying "Djokovic played much better than me", and this shows how good Federer is in appreciating the talent of opposite players; then, when it comes to USOpen-2007 final, Federer thrashed Djokovic in straight sets. Once Pete Sampras told "More than victory, I remember my defeats for long time, I learn my mistakes from those defeats and correct/improve myself". Federer is just doing what Sampras told. Simple lesson to other players is, "Never, Never, Never underestimate Federer even in his OFF Days". Go On Federer, Fans like us want to see YOU to play in your best form, we want to see more artistic games from you. Hope Fedex-Pistol show in KLL in Nov'07 will be a feast!!!!
