With Mourinho leaving and now Drogba saying he intends to leave the club, I think there is something more going on behind the scenes with Avram Grant and Abramovich calling the shots. And what with nonperformers like Shevchenko in the team. I doubt whether they'll ever be the same team again.

TOO MANY STARS, TOO LITTLE SPACE FOR EACH OF THEM TO PERFORM WITHOUT OVERLAPPING ON EACH OTHER. LET THEM COMPLEMENT EACH OTHER NOT COMPETE WITH EACH OTHER, WRONG RECRUITMENT STRATEGIES.
