I sincerely believe that Charlesworth is the most suited person for the position. Our Hockey definitely needs his services. He is a person of repute, with a dwelth of Hockey in his blood.
Dont compare him with other Rach, Walsh, Lissak. He is a different person from all those. His performance as a player and as a Coach is of very high standard. Also he is a very close follower of Indian Hockey.
It was a blunder commited by IHF in the past by turning down his offer to take up the Coaching of Indian team.
But now it is better late than never. The think tank of IHF should be wise enough to utilise his services, for a much longer stinght.

carvalho is doing a superb job & there should be no interference... no need to change a successful formula. charlesworth is a legend, but at this stage he should be given charge of the womens team & his inputs for the men's team can be welcome.
since we have more than 40 good players, we can have 2 teams ie India & India `A' teams which can play internationals. This way more boys have international experience.
