i think jose is the correct choice to be the next coach for england as he has the experience how to drive the teams to the next level and his results are a proof of that.
English football is similar to Indian Cricket There is money ,There are fans,They have richest and arguebly best leauge,Players are like stars...but they have also won world cup once..this time for the 1st time they didn qualify for Euro ...reminds me of Indias early exit from cricket world cup..They need a manager who will bring best out of players.

Also, England failed to qualify for 1994 Soccer World Cup in US. I guess, also France failed to qualify for 1994 World Cup but France came right back to be the world champions in 1998.
There is absolutely no dearth of talent in the england football team yet they always seem to falter at the big stage. Well this time they have not even made it to the big stage.
Jose mourinho brings a lot of 'doggedness' into the teams he coaches. Of course his teams have not always been known to have a lot of flair but then what england needs right now is a few good wins under their belt - basically a convincing 2010 WC qualifying campaign. Jose seem to be the right man for the job because he always makes sure winning becomes a habit and that teams do not 'choke' - a quality england desperately need. There is a danger that this generation of fabulous players like rooney, gerrard, lampard, terry etc would have no national silverware but a manager like jose would definitely ensure trophies.
He is fantastic coach and can make a huge difference with Enlish Team. It is high time for England to look out for a real professional coach rather than the nationality of the coach.
