do u have any idea why IHF want to improve indian hockey!! Guess what!!
Its indian market and peoples!!
If they can make hockey as popular as that of cricket in india and hockey start gathering the crowds again IHF will be the biggest benificiary with Inidan hockey fedration!!
Same like BCCI is one of major source of ICC income, same it can be for hockey!!

So promoting any thing in india which can join with indian peoples sentiment is always benifical for everyone!!
