PHL to have fewer matches

The offside rule was completely eliminated in one PHL. They can have 3 minutes per quarter of no offside. We must comply with International HF rules.

Sponsorship should be brought into PHL

Mittal who has steel factories in Orissa & Jharkhand can sponsor `Orissa Steelers'

Vijay Mallya can sponsor `Bangalore Lions'

K.P.Singh (DLF) can sponsor `Chandigarh Dynamos'

Mukesh Ambani, Anil Ambani, Tatas, etc can also sponsor the other teams.

If the above gentlemen can help India win its 9th Olympic Gold medal... it will be a great gesture of patriotism & love for INDIA.
