She is the most overhyped player in indan sports ever. What a loser. Always losing in first rounds in TIRE 4 tournaments and you guys going ga ga over her 50th ranking. Losers get a life. She is just making money at your expense without contributing nothing. It is 3 years since she has hit the limelight and what has she acheived? Acting in Ad's. Stupid fools she cant win anything she is just an average player. So just give her average attention. This message is more to ref=diff than to indian fans.

And you, Mr. Ritesh Raman, Please use proper english spellings while writing in this forum! At least people would have enjoyed reading your article then, even though what you have written is a load of BS! Another beauty worshipper - that's what you probably are! You certainly know nothing about Tennis!
Sania, shouldn't worry abt. her ranking - she has already done her bit so far as her image in dis country is concerned.
In a country strived of sporting icons( except cricketers) she has got everything except her game going, and as a result of her glam quotient which is pretty high she is media's pet and so also dis country's.
If she doesn't or does get into Top50/100 Indians would care less, for us all she is just a glam doll who can play tennis well enough as any Indian women tennis player could have played till date.
Sania, do not worry abt. ur game bcoz ur face is ur fame!! So go on with those nose-rings, ear studds etc etc. all that gets u gleaming on d court.
U have been hyped enough, and as of today u could ell be Anna Kournikova of India though we would have liked u to be like Steffi Graff/Chris Evert who were gr8 with both the game and their looks...sigh!!
She has guts and ability to rise high .As she is first Indian Women tenis player who has reached that far. Its praiseworthy. It gives moral boosting for new comer in that section of game. As far as the personality is concern she has a plus point for her. What is harm in that.

Hello there For gods sake stop passing judgments......You have no right to say Sania is not a muslim any more....From when you started predicting about who will go to heaven or hell !!!!!! utterly nonsense comments. ALLAH is great and he knows better about peoples intentions....
She has been playing international Tennis for quite some time now. In fact, Sania has gained a larger than real image in international tennis circuits. Though she has been doing her best, unfortunately she has not carved a niche for herself in the bigger league of tennis. Beyond the first and 2nd rounds, she has seldom displayed any hope to scale the ladder. Particularly, women%u2019s tennis today has reached the pinnacle of competitiveness %u2013 at times, far surpass men - no wonder they are asking the prize-money in par with the men, Sania does not seem to be anywhere even in the vicinity of high caliber of women%u2019s tennis. No doubt, it is a marvellous expereicne to watch her play when going is good for her, even the better-ranked players are afraid of her unevenness. It appears that she needs a better coach, not only help her to fine-tune her talent, but also give her right direction in gaining the required momentum in her pursuit for success in competitive tennis.
Sania Mirza
