Well done Anand ! You are the last hope for this country in sports. We used to be champions once upon a time in Hockey and more recently Cricket. It is time we look beyond that.

not last hope. thr r many. sasi, hari, humpy r ready to march after anand. in other sports also india is performing well. but the thing is media is not giving it deserving coverage.

I really wish Sasi, Hari, Humpy break into the "Top 10". I take they will have to do that before they turn 25. Once they do break into the top 10, I'm afraid they will have to relocate to Europe where you get a lot of seconds. Living in India and maintaining a high ELO points is just not possible in the current scenario. Once Anand stops playing chess I hope he becomes a second and helps one of the Indian players.

Hey Wish Anand for his success but dont overexpect from him. Let him play and enjoy his battle. Why i am saying is that when Anand loose a match in the future, then we will say that he should quit chess and sould not appear in any ads, etc, that what happened to Sachin, Dravid and Ganguly(Heroes once upon a time)now
