One statement I read above is:

//he said, adding /"our aim will be to play aggressive hockey, with hard running and not giving the opponent too much respect./"//

This line is current Hockey. And if he is saying this and also understanding then I am sure, our India Team will be great.

Second thing is: The Money being given to the players .. lets fist change the results in coming years .. each player will have handsome money as we will get good sponsored in that case.

Third thing .. When ever I watch the game in which India plays .. I feel that they are good to reach in D but their shot takes lot of time - may be they think /"Nobody should be hurt/" (LOL). Look at the game of all European countries specially, I can see there hit first reach at the top of the D and they manage to enter in D and a big shot at the target - and that time they earn Penalty Corner or a goal. India also have to follow this additional strategy.

Fourth is stemina.

Our team should certainly play aggressive hockey not giving an inch to the opposition. Our team needs to dictate the trend of play right from the word go. For each session of play our boys need to have a strategy to put into practice. Demolishing the opposition in every session of the match is what will set the team on a winning path. Our boys need to develop a habit of winning.

Best of luck. A word of caution. Indians don't have the speed and stamina of the South Koreans or Euoropeans/Argentinians: a cheetah can't hunt in the same manner as a lionness. Rather than aggressive Hockey maybe we should think of a wait and watch game: hold the ball, position the players , and then go for a seies of passes. work in a series of spurts rather than continuous running.

This is how a new coach will speak. They will be terribly dissapointed after coaching the team. Most important is KPSji who politics which will be hard to digest for.
Lets see what he has when he is leaving.
