He is beyond imagination

I have never seen in my life time a player of Cristiano Ronaldo's calibre. Not even the great Maradona or Pele can perform dribble, side step or other tricks(for which I dont have words to describe) which Cristiano does with ease and that too in English league which is the most superior and dangerous league because of the way the game is played with quick pace, hard tackles and pure imagination. Its a delight to watch the yound lad and i would travel the world to meet him one day. I wish him all the best as he has a great future, a star already in the making. I pray Goa gives him good health so we can see him mesmerise his opponents with ease

I am a United fan, but its foolish to compare Ronaldo to legends like Maradona and Pele. Yes, he has the potential to be the best player in the world but he has only performed brilliantly in one season (this one). Its going to take him a decade of such performances and maybe inspiring a few world cup successes for Portugal (Zidane, Pele, Maradona = World cup winners) to even make this comparison. And about the dribbles etc - I suggest you go to youtube.copm and watch THAT Maradona goal against England in 86 World cup quarterfinals.

Cheers

Sorry.Football is a team game. Ronaldo cannot single handedly win world cup for Portugal. No one has done it before. Argentina and Brazil had good players infact world class players alongside Maradona/ Pele. So they won world cup.
Can Maradona win a world cup for India single handedly??? Also Cristiano is very young. He can surpass them. also they didnt entertain people like Cristiano does. Did they even Dream of those Dribbles, Stepovers, Ficks?? Never.

Cristiano Ronaldo is too good for his age !

Among the many youngsters on the international football scenario Portuguese and Man United playmaker Cristiano Ronaldo looks the most impressive. His reading of the game, eye for distribution, assisting the defenders, expertise in taking flag kicks and using his supreme skills in dead ball and set piece situations make him a very valuable player for the present moment. Other youngsters who look very impressive are Englishmen Theo and Aaron Lennon, Belgian Vincent Kompany, Lionel Messi, Rosiscky and Cesc Fabregas. These youngsters look set to dominate the soccer arena in international football.
