Why is that Sania and the cricketers always make headlines even if they loose in first rounds? My sincere request to my fellow country men and media is to encourage and cover other sports where Indians are excelling. There are some wonderful players like Jeev Milkha singh, Gagan Naarang,Chethan Anand, Vishwananthan Anand, Geet Sethi, ....who are doing well in other sports.Needless to mention they have WON international events and are not a first round materials.So pls encourage our other players I sincerely believe they deserve respect and encouragement that was given to Sania or our Cricket team

People criticizing Sania should understand that playing in grandslams is not a joke. Ask Prakash Amritraz, Shika oberai, Neha Oberai as of why they are finding so much difficult to play grandslams even though they have tons of support. Instead of criticizing her feel proud that she is respresenting India in grandslams.

Laker,1st I tell u that I am not against Sania.She is a very talented player who can easily come into top 10 player.Whnever she plays with top players everybody said that she can easily break into top 10.But tell me what she did to improve her fitness and tactics.She have enough money.But she didnot utilise top facilities to train(which usually other top players train in US) and even she have not a catch.Now she is like our cricket players who rt very talented but very lazy.Our cricketers always lose in big tournaments and so does she.I am sure if she works hard she can win many matches. But for that she have to leave her modelling and work and trained hard.Until she left modelling just enjoy her modelling and not her tennis.

When you can earn easy money facing a camera and lights why will Sania or Sachin play to earn money. It is simpulll calculation. Maximum profit minimum effort. We should stop idolizing such ordinary people and only then will all this naatak stop

If not the present 11 bunch of present jokers in Indian cricket, there will be 1 billion to replace them. But can you find a single woman in India right now to replace Sania and play in grandslams ? Idiot, understand that just entering grandslams is a big thing...world's best 128 players are playing the event and you should feel proud that one of your country woman is among them. Grandslam my foot! What is Sanias ranking please? Get one fact straight. Indians as a race are physically weak and they lack the stamina that the white anglosaxon race or the black Afro race has. They can never win any global physical challenge. Indians can only excel in mind games that require intelligence and not stamina. That is why Indians are doing well in Chess or software. Sania is just a glamour puss and nothing else. She will disapear in course of time and will make a house and have babies to take care of. Take a break

thats the problem with we indians, we think we made a big achievements. when we beat pak in world cup we enjoy but we forget that after that world cup they beat us everwhere. india is great, there is no need to get excited after getting such small achievments
Sania was very good before the clerics started that whole skirt thing, where they said as a muslim woman she cant wear a skirt when playing tennis. Before that she beat Sharapova and had many upsets. After that she has just been plain bad.
