Our Indian Football Team requires overseas exposure. Each year they need to travel and play in countries like Portugal, Spain, Italy, France, England, Germany, Holland, Brazil and so on. They need not face the top teams of the Premier Divisions but certainly test their skills against lower division teams using their playing surfaces, impressive dugouts and other state-of-the-art facilities. "Composition of place" is very vital for the preparation and formation of our young and upcoming footballers.
We need to encourage football, which is more of team work, which country like India lacks. We have individual heros, but whenever we are in a team, we fail miserably. Keep up the good team work.
It is unbelievable that how far we are behind Eurpean Nations that divison three teams are giving tough time to our National Team. But at least it is a step in right direction. Because when ever we play National teams we get so overwhelmed that boys lose match even before it starts in real. We shoul encourge our young fottballers to play in leagues abroad even if it is only third or fourth division. When they will play against the talent which is better then they will improve otherwise playing with player they already know is not imroving them.

useless tours . lets play with national teams san Mario , farros islands etc . Playing with club is no good .
