what the hell is mr. dubey doing in Doha? he is the one who duped SVP College of renovation fund in 2004 and performed the dissapaering act. thanks rediff for publishing the photo. tis will go to our notice board. would rediff also be kind enough to share the e-mail id from which he sent the photo?
