Rifts among the players in a team is very normal and who knows it better than the Indian cricket team. Barcelona has players from different continents, languages and colors and its only normal that there will be some differences of opinion from time to time. What matters most is that each one of the lot concerned, be it Ronaldinho, Eto'o, Puyol or Rijkaard are proven performers and I am sure they will put this in the backburner for the sake of the team.
