Why don't they have, say a maximum of 2 terms for the administrators.After that they should not be allowed to function at any post. People like Gill, Das Munshi(football) have been there for ages and it shows in the declining standards of these sports in our country.
First foremost we have to throw KPS Gill and Jothikumar out as they are the very one to ruin Indian hockey.Ever since they took over the reins Indian hockey has is gone from bad to worse and theonly purple patch being the Bangkok Asiad winning the Gold but that was team work. Dhanraj should be back in the team and I am surprised so are the others as to why does he not figure in the on going PHL.He is one of the fittest player till today and with the rotating system he is best fitted in it. I do agree with dhanraj pilley . 1998 after Asian games victory india was looking up , but Gill made sure he is bigger the game . HE sacked 1998 Hockey coach kaushik started down slide . Down slide will not stop

AS per GILL India had one bad match . Hockey at top level is all about one bad match and one bad match will put INdia out of Olympics. I am not saying Dhanraj must play . But we need change at IHF . My advice as follows 1. Appoint main korean coach 2. Kaushik to assist korean coach 3. One coach to assist goal keeper 4. have more leages as per 1970 and 1980 . 5. Power play / short fastpace 5 minutes plan 6. Hold on ball games at corners - 5 minutes

As far as I am concern , Dhanraj will play part in INdian hockey . No one lives forever . Gill has to go one day .
Mr. Gill. Do you have any shame??? How can you continue as the IHF President inspite of a DISMAL record? We require some new direction. No doubt you have been one of the best cops (hats off to you!) but as an administrator...naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Ever since our respected former policeman Mr. Gill tookover, Indian Hockey started declining but what was done from the Sports Ministry of India to retain the glory of the so-called National Game. IHF needs to be dissolved and the administrators must be make accountable for the poor performance of Indian team despite the presence of Talented Players.
