NK LEFT WILLIAMS A MONTH AGO!!!
by ram on Dec 14, 2007 11:43 AM  | Hide replies

This article gives it readers a view that NK was chucked off Williams test role. On the contrary,he left Williams F1 test role by himself because he didn't want to do these kind of odd things and he would rather contribute to Indian A1 GP team. He did this more than a month ago!!! Rediff should get their stories straight before publishing it to the whole world!

which box... u idiot... do u know it costs 10 crore for an F1 car and millions of dollars in investment towards R&D in making one. I guess money should be better utilised rather than in such pursuits.

Passion is more powerfull then intelligence.

Indian Engineers are good at desk jobs only ie Banks,Computers....but in F1 lots of physical labour involved as well..

Yes Ganesh, We indian engineers are also good enough to write software for some of these cars. Infosys/TCS has a team in India which writes the software for these cars. The day is not too far when we will have a full fledge team and race track in India. Yes we should get right directions and passion from people like Mallya atleast to put India in the F1 map, other wise instead of putting his teams name as Kingfisher he has put it as Force India.....

what better place to drive than MALLYA owned INDICAR!!!!
it is really surprising that our own people do not encourage our men!!!!
it was a very good oppurtunity for karthikayan to get into F1 through INDICAR!!!

Why should one take Kartikeyan? He will always complain about the car. Then Mallya will take decisions based on business logic and not on sentiments.

NK has been such a cry baby. Umpteen times, he spoke against Jordan and Tiago while being in the team. Mallaya had better take decisions on talent than nationality.

Indians like to retire young like the Amritraj's,Paes,Bhupathi(mean Tennis singles) & moreover prefer less strenous sports like Golf,Billiards,Shooting,Cricket,Carrom...ha ha basically lazy...

Dear Ganesh,

please improve on your concepts before you post any comments. Paes's and Bhupathi's are very much in the scheme of things, though more on the doubles circuit. And for your info, GOLF is a strenous game. Kindly go a Golf course, pick up the iron and try and hit the ball...u get the answer,...moreover any ouotdoor sport would require a lot of dedication, be it cricket, shooting..archery..golf..and billiards and snooker are tactical games...U can never be lazy and play any sport!!

Hey Guys , Know better about Formula 1. F1 is an extremely high level sport. Amazing technology , Skilled drivers. To own an F1 Team is a big thing. ALso need to consider the amount spend by teams. Ferrari spends 430million $ per year. Spending such money and if you expect an Indian to drive that car, is really Good. But on the contrary , Sponsorship makes a Big deal. India cant produce such hefty Sponsorship(especially Narian karthikeyan or any Indian). Foreign drivers bring more sponsorship. Especially ALonso Got a sponshorship worth 100Million $.
Need to consider all those facts before Having your relative Drive your car. Its not an Tata indica car to be driven by indian.
Definitely an Indian will be driving F1. But We need to wait for some time, may be an year or two.
