Its really infortunate that there is not much media support for this event. I hope the girls dont bother about and keep playing for the sake of the game they love.
There is little mention of the win in any of the national news paper. It shows how baised and immature indian media is. Its really pity. Yesterday india won Asian Women Roller hockey championship. But no news in any of the channel or news paper. Leading newspaper like times of india and other news channels who speaks of giving latest news of the national and international events should be ashamed of this.

Yarr amardeep you are right that media is rediculous but can you believe that cricket is somuch deepened in our system and because of that everybody of our market support cricket nothing else. These girls are strugling not because of their performances but because of Indian people. I think spectators are only from their family or they may be not. So this is just the chain of dillemas that we have to break. Comeon girls we are with you.! Chak de!!!
