The day blasts occurred, Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy said that the blasts are happening all over the world and its a common thing!!! What a shit is that?? Is he representing a state or just a common man?? He shows interest in how to eat the money of people but never shows any interest in securing them!!! Though his words are always like doing that and this, but end-up doing things for himself and and his loyalists!!!!
Last time when the blast occured in Mecca Masjid, had the government taken the necessary action and acted according to the Intelligance Bureau, this incident would not have happened. With their negligance 42 people lost their life and think of the families of these 42 people!!!
Police cant be blamed for this, because its him who is keeping them busy for the protection of their occupied lands and his fellow factionists!!!! Cancellation of such events is a sort of victory for the terrorists who organized the bomb blasts. Do the police not have the confidence to arrange for adequate security to organize the event.
Normally, governments go out of the way to continue with sport events to signal that things are in control. Cancellation of the badminton event will not do any good to people's confidence since it indicates that the government is still nervous.
There were cases in which our cricket team had been threatened before tours to Pakistan and Bangladesh. But the governments did not cancel the tours.
I think the govermnent should have been more determined in letting the badminton tournament happen. Anyway, we do not have a large crowd turn up for badminton matches and providing security should not be such a challange compared to a cricket match.
Putoff any international tournament in India creat very wrong message to world,It will be better to shift tournament venu within India in some other city,so that Indaia could fullfill is obligation to world socity.
