Imran Bhai, Even a bird brainers like me and you would agree that Sania is just another media hype and advertisers use her for all marketing gimmicks. She would burn out with in no time. Poor thing! Look for some nice Hubby for her! You may be qualified, if you are young!

Imran, Of-course, I am an Indian. I would be very happy if Sania becomes World No 1. Perhaps, Then she deserves to be placed along side of Federer. Otherwise it would be a Hollow Pride which ou and me do not belive in. Isnt It?

Yes her achievement is definitely better than most of us...Agreed..but that is no reason to say..yes thatz world beating news. Its not...lets not bring chest thumping nationalism into this. We would be much much more proud if Sania reaches the finals and wins it this year or the next...but just being arrogant that she is world number 28/29 is not only prudish but also immature and childish when we know she can certainly be in the top 5 if she tries. We support her in her endeavors and wish her the best and will be with her all along to the top..but no Sir...being Number 29 aint gonna cut it ....

hi keith, i totally agree that all of us wil be proud if sania wins the finals... and for that matter, who wouldn't be happy and proud?... but giving a second thought and reading the comments here i feel even that effort won't please many of the pessimists who are trying to pull down sania.

Absolutely agree, Sania does not last more than a couple of rounds (if at all that) in big leagues. It is the stupid average Indian who would think that Sania is big-deal, and she has a body guard! for what ?!

Federer is world's biggest tennis star, Sania is India's right now. So I guess that qualifies her to be in the same headline as Federer. Truth is, as Indians we shouldnt really care abt Federer's performance as much we care for Sania's. Hope I make sense

am sure any other indian would had appreciated sania's efforts and her success (28th rank)... am sure if our very own Shikha Uberoi (335th rank), who doesn't even want to stay in india, was mentioned in the healdine with federer then all such so-called indians would had appreciated the healdine... mera bharat mahaan :)
