I dont know why are yo guys are so proud of sania defating hingis, Hingis is the PAST of tennis nad that to half as fit.. os whay create such a flutter... we all know what the PRESENT (Sharapova) did to her .... so guys lets live in reality

still we are proud of SANIA compared to Amitji Sahab...who has not achieved anything for India (or nothing appeared in the media about the achievement of amitji sahab)

Mr Amit ... with all due respects.. Before passing such comments on the performance of Sania. May I inquire if you have ever played any sport or taken part in any event (sporting or otherwise) and reached and achieved any kind of success... if not you have no moral right to criticize the performance of Sania or for that matter any sportsmen or women. today Sania has broken into top 30 currently playing tennis women players in the whole world. Just go ahead and total the world population and let us know how significant that is. Also do not rob Sania of her glory by stating that she has beaten Hingis who is (Past). Hingis is not past if she is still competing in today at the topmost level and ranked much higher then Sania in the world rankings. Or you are jeleous of the greatness of Sania and her popularity has hurt your ego. As an Indian you should be proud of her performance and appreciate that till date no other indian has reached such great hights in the world of tennis and give her your full support and good wishes i.e if you are man enaugh to do it.

I think with this win Sania has finally come to forefront. Even though I will agree with criitics that Martina Hingis is not same player as she was before but it definitely takes Sania to bigeere and higher challenges. My prayer are with you that one day you will be remembered as Vijay Amritraj, Milkha Singh , PT Usha none of them ever won a major title but they are still remembered as some of Greatest Atheletes India produced. Inshallah you Sania going to do better then those athletes. Whole Inida is proud of you and makes NRI's like me even prouder that we can go and talk to co -workers that Yesy here is one Indian who is capable of taking anyone in the World of Sports.
Sanias win against Hingis is the big slap on the face of her criticiser. Last week when she lost to Sharapova most desis criticised her. Come on Indians ...she is carrying Indias flag with pride support her & not criticise her. She is trying & improving day by day. We need to support her mentally. She is doing extremely good & I would not be surprized if she reaches to Quarters or even Semis at main US OPEN. GOOD LUCK SANIA.....

Sania,she is moving up in the winning ladder by showing fine performances.She learnt the tough part of tennis and becoming aggressive day by day...Well done Sania...You are inspiration to Indians by demonstrating that Indians are competitive and aggressive.

Do u have talent ?? Have u made INDIA proud?? What great u have done and if not then keep ur mouth shut. She is not to be compared with anyone she has her own style and she is improving and learning from her faults. I think u r sure pessimistic guy who needs some improvement. IF u r great n u know too much y dont u go and be a coach to let her overcome the faults. Its EASY to criticise anyone and HARD to follow.
