Dear Aashi, Felt sorry to hear that you are not able to continue your coaching coz of lesser pocket money. But dont loose heart. Amatuers dont get good fundings straight away. You will have to earn for it. Paes had to work as a ball boy when he was young and practising. But its because of his hunger and hard work that he is what he is today. So, stop grumbling and get get your tennis shoes on. All the best
Sania may be ranked 70 today but I guess its the same people praising here when she was ranked 31. Why is it that the attitude of the people changes suddenly when someone goes thru a downfall? coz thts the time when the sportsperson requires most of the support from their fans. Its not fair to go praising her everytime she wins and criticize her every move when she losses. Ups and downs are a part of the life (game). What must not be forgotten is that she was the one among the millions to make India's presence felt at the WTA circuit. She was the one who made people in India realize that besides cricket too there are some sports. It must not be forgotten that we the people have made her a Celebrity she wasnt born a celeb. May be she is not winning as many matches as she should but people following her game must have definitely realized that her game has improved by leaps and bounds. Her service is definitely better now. Besides I feel its her attitude that keeps her going. Otherwise the pressures and expectations would have ruined her long before. Hats off to Sania to bring so much of attention of the Indians to tennis which even players like Mahesh and Leander could not do.
