Who to blame for these tennis scores?

Disappointment again for the Indian football lovers. It seems like a perennial curse.Only long term plans with focuss on youth development can save Indian football. We need to plan from the grassroot level. Talent scouting and nurturing of talent is the need of the hour.If we sow the seeds now we can enjoy the fruits 10 to 15 years from now.But who has to do that?Is the AIFF listening? They fired Stephen Constantine and Syed Nayeemudin stating poor performance as the reason. If performance is the criterion AIFF president should be axed first. He has been in this position for almost two decades now. What positive change has he brought about? They should understand one thing.Bringing a good coach for the national team will not solve all the problems in Indian football. AIFF thinks a foreign coach would be panacea for all the ailments Indian football is suffering from. They are living in a fool's paradise.Without good youth development program, talent scouting and constant exposure to quality opposition(international)it would be a futile exercise to bring in a good coach (foreign or Indian) for the national team. But who am I trying to convey this message to? AIFF?Deaf ears they fall on
