Now that she has been ousted from the U S Open, there will once again be loads and loads of criticism and lots and lots of advice. Indians will ask her to cut down on her advertising activities and to take care of her physique and so on.
Let us all stop berating her and stop the criticism forthwith. I think she has done a decent job and the little girl is trying her best for herself and the country. We, Indians, are obsessed with cricket. In a country, where all games (BARRING CRICKET OF COURSE!!!!),receive step-motherly treatment Sania's performance has been superlative.
Let us all encourage her so that she brings glory to this country of more than a billion people. A country that could produce only one Sania Mirza!!!!!
I have seriously started thinking that Sania Mirza is overhyped. When was the last time, she displayed any consistency and reached some worthwhile rounds? Tennis is one sport which requires consistency. I am afraid she is turning out much similar to the Indian Cricket team which always flatters to deceive. I think its time, the attention (media included) that she receives should diminish according to her form.
