there must be all-round efforts from everybody- govt.,corporates,sports bodies, public in general- to pay our attention to different sports where indians are traditionally good- shooting, weightlifting, wrestling,archery,athletics, table tennis, chess, tennis, golf,hockey are some of them. we must create good quality infrastructure and facilities.the press must devote more time and spaces to let people know whats going on.dependance on cricket gives a very wrong message to sportspersons of other disciplines.
