Brazil too good for Ghana
by Prodipto Ghosh on Jun 28, 2006 10:04 AM

A couple of days ago I had written an article after going through Ghana coach's comments that they will give trouble to Brazil in their pre quarter final encounter. I had said that ghana's performance in the first round was brilliant but to beat Brazil or even to think of beating Brazil they have to play at their best. Yesterday Brazil once again proved that they are so professional in their approach and they are proving time and again that they will again emerge as the world champions for the sixth time.

Good

Hallo
I saw the game. Nice. But Brazil lacks attacking. I think Ghana lacked luck yesterday. Otherwise Brazil would have been threatened. Brazil doesn't entertain the world as it is expected. Good Luck for the next games.

It is clear you have not watched the match!

Ghana outplayed Brazil in every department; be it skill; collective passes; team game. but for the huge referring mistake; Ghana would have beaten Brazil hands down. So a headline like Brzil too good for Ghana is not the true reflection of the game. Anybody who watched the match would vouch for that. As always; rediff sports reporter are out of touch.

Hats off to ghana team....
by senthil on Jun 28, 2006 12:58 AM

Hats off to ghana team for displaying a spirited performance as well as to brazil for advancing into last eight.
But there are lot of referee decisions that were against ghana and we shall call it favourably brazil. Adriano should feel shame that as himself such a renowned footballer in recent times should have avoided such a controversial goal..
Whatever it may there are plenty of excitement left in cards if brazil faces spain or france in the forthcoming match....

NON-PROFESSIONAL REFREEING
by rahul on Jun 27, 2006 11:31 PM

It was a clear cut show of unprofessionalism displayed by the refrees. I hope FIFA officials have seen it well with open eyes. All my hats off to a fantastic display of mighty teamwork and hardwork shown by the Ghanain players, untill the end of game.

The first goal clearly showed offside by ronaldo and even the same with second goal. Its natural as human beings for ghanains losing heart on refree decisions. AM SURE MANY FANS AND SUPPORTERS WOULD LOVE TO HAVE RE-MATCH AND NOT SANCTIONS ON THE IN-COMPETENT REFREES.
