After Saina's superb Philippines Open win in 2006 and Anup Sridhar's good performance at the AVIVA Singapore Open 2006, this is excellent news for Indian badminton talent. Arvind has the talent and am glad that it is blossoming at a time when Indian men need it most. I think Jonassen is the highest ranked player to be beaten by an Indian since P.Gopichand won the All England in 2001.
